This year I visited the Landscape Photographer of the Year Exhibition on display at Waterloo National Rail Station. You will find the exhibition on the upper floor of the station with many fine prints on display.
The exhibition and competition is organised by Take a View and is in its 8th year. This year’s winner of Landscape Photographer of the Year 2014 was Mark Littlejohn for his photograph of a transient stream in Glencoe. Mark wins the title and a whopping £10,000 prize. Mark Littlejohn was thrilled to win and said, “When I got the call, I was in a cafe in Tynemouth and it was a surreal experience to say the least. I suppose all I can say is that I just felt pure joy. I haven’t stopped smiling since.” Well done Mark!

The Landscape Photographer of the Year 2014 exhibition is open to the public until 28th February 2015.
