Terms and Conditions
We will do our best to provide Photography Workshops and Courses on the agreed dates but reserve the right to cancell any workshop due to circumstances beyond our control.
If we do have to cancel a workshop we will give you the option to reschedule or obtain a refund.If you cancel or reschedule a booked date we require a minimum of 14 days notice – this may be done by email or phone.
We do not take cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice and we will only reschedule if we can fill your place. Note: We charge a £15 per person rescheduling or cancellation fee.
Only individuals who have booked and have paid course fees can attend. Your place is not confirmed until payment has been made. You cannot bring a non participating partner/friend even if they do not have a camera. If you have special needs which require a helper please contact us beforehand to arrange this. Participants must be 16 years of age or older.
Gift Vouchers – you understand and agree that the terms and conditions here will apply to the recipient of your gift.
We do not give refunds on Gift Vouchers – they must be redeemed in part or full payment onto a Photofaculty photography course.
You understand that you may visit a variety of outdoor and indoor locations during your tuition with Photofaculty. You understand that you do so entirely at your own personal risk and you understand that you should take out additional insurance if you feel you need to cover for all eventualities.
Photofaculty does not take any responsibility for the protection of you or your equipment during the workshop. If you are concerned then you will need to take out your own insurance.
Please keep your equipment with you and in sight at all times – Photofaculty is not responsible for any equipment which is stolen or lost during any workshop.
Completion of your order implies an understanding and agreement to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions should be understood to apply according to English Law.
